וַיִּתֵּ֥ן יוֹאָ֛ב אֶת־מִסְפַּ֥ר מִפְקַד־הָעָ֖ם אֶל־דָּוִ֑יד וַיְהִ֣י כָֽל־יִשְׂרָאֵ֡ל אֶ֣לֶף אֲלָפִים֩ וּמֵאָ֨ה אֶ֤לֶף אִישׁ֙ שֹׁ֣לֵֽף חֶ֔רֶב וִֽיהוּדָ֕ה אַרְבַּע֩ מֵא֨וֹת וְשִׁבְעִ֥ים אֶ֛לֶף אִ֖ישׁ שֹׁ֥לֵֽף חָֽרֶב׃
און יוֹאָבֿ האָט איבערגעגעבן דעם מספּר פֿון דער צײלונג פֿון דעם פֿאָלק צו דודן. און גאַנץ ישׂראל איז געװען טױזנט מאָל טױזנט און הונדערט טױזנט מאַן װאָס ציען אַ שװערד; און יהודה, פֿיר הונדערט און זיבעציק טױזנט װאָס ציען אַ שװערד.
